The Long Beach Harbor Department Finance Division provides a wide range of accounting, analysis, planning and reporting services that support all divisions of the Port of Long Beach. The Port’s financial team is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of fiscal policies; sound oversight of income, expenses, capital projects, and debt issuance and service; and budget alignment with the Port’s Strategic Plan. The Port operates entirely on revenues and existing funds and is not funded by taxes or the City's General Fund.?

The Port has launched a new Customer Portal website, created in partnership with Ignify, Inc. of Long Beach. The Portal is now available to all Port customers with a valid e-mail address.
Customers can securely log in and view their vessel calls, invoices, payment history, annual minimums, breakpoints, lease terms and lease documents. Invoices can be reprinted or downloaded into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet; customers can also pay invoices online using eChecks at no additional cost.
